Add emoticons to your Blogger Post

I was wondering how could I add emoticons to a blogger post, I tried with some sites but they deny picture hotlinking

Playing on MSN Site I found it's emoticons page and I notice that http://messenger.msn.it/Resource/emoticons/regular_smile.gif works, sometimes MS offer free services
